To ensure you receive the best service possible, all of our cleaners must undertake HomeTask’s 8-step verification process.
Step 1 – Experience, ensuring our cleaning professionals have at least 1 year paid cleaning experience. Our cleaners must undertake a test clean prior to cleaning for any of our customers.
Step 2 – Public Liability Insurance, all cleaning professionals must be fully insured and update to date with their policy.
Step 3 – Police Checked, they have undertaken a successful police check and a copy has been provided to HomeTask.
Step 4 – Communication, all our cleaners are able to communicate well with the customers.
Step 5 – Current ABN, which allows them to work as an independent cleaner.
Step 6 – Current drivers licence and car to get to all of their customers.
Step 7 – No cash exchanged, all payments are made through our online secure booking platform.
Step 8 – Friendliness! Our cleaning professionals are lovely, they love what they do and enjoy going to work.
